    Understanding the Danish industry’s readiness and transition towards a Circular Economy

The Research

MATChE is a research project aimed at supporting Danish industry in the transition towards circular economy (CE). MATChE aims to assess the industry’s current readiness for Circular Economy and works to establish effective paths for transitioning companies from a linear to a circular economy. With the goal to increase the industry's competitiveness, growth and job creation.

This effort is supported through the MATChE platform, where companies can assess their readiness for implementing circular initiatives and gain guidance and support on their transition.

The Consortium

The MATChE project is supported by the Industry Foundation and led by the Technical University of Denmark together with the consortium partners; Danish Industry, Chora Connection, and The Danish Environmental Agency.

The four partners engage in co-creation and knowledge sharing and contribute resources to help effectively support companies transitioning to circular economy, and to ensure the long lasting positive effect on society.
